Check-in is available from 3:30 PM and check-out must be by 12:00 PM. In some cases, early check-in or late check-out may be requested, although this is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. We cannot confirm this until the day before your arrival or departure. All our apartments have smart locks, so the day before your arrival you will receive the keys and instructions necessary to access the accommodation comfortably and safely.

Yes, hotel-quality sheets and towels are provided during your stay, and the beds are made up as shown in the photographs. At the end of your stay, you don't need to take any action with the bed linens and towels, as our off-site laundry service takes care of everything.

Currently, we do not offer luggage storage. However, there are several locations in Santander where you can store your bags for a few hours. You can easily find them by searching Google for "luggage storage in Santander," where you will find several available options.
